Refunds will only be issued for exceptional circumstances on Face to face workshops and events, this will be minus a small venue hire fee. the exceptional circumstance cancellation must be at least 24 hrs in advance. No shows to face to face events will not be refunded due to the efforts to provide venue, instructor and equipment.
