​We are an over 18s online Burlesque and Cabaret company based in the UK but boosting body positivity & body confidence physically and mentally Worldwide.
We also offer face to face classes, workshops and various events throughout the year across many different locations.

From Classic Burlesque, Neo Burlesque to flow arts and Avantgarde; we try to cover all aspects whilst promoting good mental health and body positivity. Here at Sizzle & Sway, we help you dig deep and bring out your true beautiful and glorious self.
Our online routine library is accessible to all members and at one off fixed prices. We also have our face to face classes across various locations, which is growing all of the time.

This is a step up from our usual Sizzle with more advanced movements to the best Rock and Metal tracks ever created. New props, fake blood and a chance for you to let everything primal out.
Our online Sanguine Shadows routines are already here, and mid 2026 will see our first face to face class open.

Miss Crimson Delight - Owner of Sizzle & Sway Burlesque, Gravesend Goddesses and Sanguine Shadows Instructor
Hi my name is Miss Crimson Delight, I am the owner of Sizzle & Sway and also the instructor for our Gravesend Goddesses / Sanguine Shadows class in Kent. I have been with the team since 2021, and this is my absolute passion. The company and everything it stands for has been a lifeline for myself and others in very dark times, and now I am able to reach out to others and help show them what empowerment they possess. It may be buried in a few of us, but definitely there. I run 2 classes a week in Gravesend on a Monday and Thursday which can be booked via www.Gravesendgoddesses.co.uk and work with 4 week routines for over 18s using various props, adapted moves depending on ability. our classes are full of support and laughter at the same time as feeling sexy as hell. we are also an LGBTQIA+ friendly class

Miss Unicorn Sparkles - Rochester and Chatham Misfits instructor
Let me introduce myself; I am Miss unicorn Sparkles aka Shell. Married and a mum of 2, I lost the love for myself and absolutely hated going to the gym, so I walked into a burlesque class not knowing what to expect.
I was hooked. ​
I have been an instructor now for nearly 3 years, and I love seeing people coming into my class nervous then leave smiling. That is what I promise you, lots of smiles and learning something new. My class is LGBTQIA+ friendly

Queen Bee -Maidstone Beauties Instructor
Hi I'm Queen Bee, My hive is Maidstone Class affectionately known as the "Maidstone Beauties".​
My life with Burlesque started nearly 6 years ago as a customer, I joined to prove to myself I could still co-ordinate my limbs to music; turns out I could, and I have not looked back since!!
Classes were non-judgemental, inclusive and very different to your usual exercise style, it helped build my confidence massively.
It really didn't feel like exercise because I was having so much fun, and made some fabulous friends along the way. I became an instructor 2 years ago, and I teach an amazing group of ladies who are supportive, welcoming and fun!
We dance on Tuesday evenings 8pm-9pmin our Boxley road venue, learning a routine over 4 weeks and we do a taster session for £5 (yes, just a fiver!!) My class is LGBTQIA+ friendly

Trixie Tease - Rotherham instructor
Meet Trixie Tease (aka Terri). Trixie is a bold, body-positive Burlesque fitness and dance instructor based in Rotherham North England.
Trixie offers in person and online classes designed to boost confidence, strength and sensuality. With a background in empowering movement and a love for all things glitter and glam, and 14 years experience in performing, her classes welcome all bodies and abilities.

Keke Skull - Gillingham Goddesses Instructor
Keke Skull has been one of our longest serving instructors, Queen of the Gillingham Goddesses; her tenacity alongside her thoughtfulness brings out the best in anybody who steps into her class.
Offering a wide variety of dance routines every month, she never fails to deliver show stopping results from her students, and is adored by them.

Astra Fox- Gibraltar Instructor
Astra Fox is our fiery Mediterranean temptress who has danced her way into the hearts of all of her students.
Her classes are extremely popular as she always brings the best out of her gorgeous ladies, Astra Fox caters for all abilities and makes sure each individual is well looked after under her meticulous instruction.
You could not ask for a better instructor to teach you how to sway in the Sunshine.
