Strut & Own it Heels Workshop

Walking and dancing in heels can sometimes feel pretty daunting so we have got you covered.

There's double trouble on this workshop with 2 instructors taking you through your paces.

1st Section: Miss Crimson Delight will teach you how to walk with style and grace, adding accents and how to safely balance on your beautiful pegs.

2nd Section: former Jazz dancer Madam Flambé will be teaching you a choreography to Bootilicious, so you can put those heels to work and feel like a badass in them.

Please bring 3 pairs of shoes as you will have a preference on heel height and comfort, some shoes from cheap online retailers have soft rubber soles and therefore mark the floor something chronic, so please be prepared to help clean the floor if this is the case with your shoes.
